Who may use Jingqishen
Jingqishen is for adults aged 18 and over. You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in method secure.

What the service is—and is not
Jingqishen provides AI-based emotional support and a traditional Chinese medicine–influenced perspective for reflection and everyday self-care. The AI does not claim to be a human or licensed practitioner.
It is not medical care, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, crisis response, or an emergency service. Do not rely on it when you or someone else may be in immediate danger; contact local emergency or crisis services instead.

Accounts and free access
AI support requires an account. Each new account includes 5 free AI support sessions. Temporary conversations remain a distinct signed-in mode and are not automatically turned into saved conversations.

Subscription and billing
Jingqishen offers an optional USD 12 monthly subscription for ongoing personal AI text support and the voluntary mind–body starting point. It renews monthly until canceled.
Before you continue to checkout, Jingqishen shows the recurring billing arrangement. Checkout displays the final total and any applicable tax before you authorize payment. Subscription access begins after payment is confirmed.

Canceling automatic renewal
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time. You will not be charged for the next period, and current paid access remains available until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds and billing problems
Digital services that have already begun are generally non-refundable. For duplicate charges, incorrect billing, paid access that was not activated, unauthorized payments, or other billing problems, contact the support email below. We review each case based on what happened. This does not affect rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
When a refund takes effect, the corresponding paid access stops. Cancellation, expiry, payment failure, or refund does not lock your existing conversations or confirmed memories, or prevent you from requesting export or deletion.

Acceptable use
You may use Jingqishen for your own emotional reflection, everyday support, voluntary mind–body starting point, saved conversations, and user-confirmed memory. AI suggestions are optional and are not professional instructions.
Jingqishen does not provide, generate, display, or sell pornographic or sexually explicit content. It does not solicit, elaborate on, or encourage sexually explicit descriptions.
- Do not generate illegal, infringing, exploitative, pornographic, or sexually explicit content.
- Do not plan, encourage, or facilitate violence, self-harm, abuse, harassment, exploitation, or illegal activity.
- Do not create or solicit sexual content involving minors, or exploit any person.
- Do not impersonate another person, deceive others, or violate their privacy or rights.
- Do not seek instructions for diagnosis, prescriptions, invasive treatment, needle use, bloodletting, or other dangerous medical acts.
- Do not create multiple accounts to bypass free-support limits, access restrictions, or payment rules.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security and rate controls.
- Do not upload malware, automated spam, stolen credentials, or content you are not allowed to provide.
- Do not use the service to make high-impact decisions for another person in medicine, employment, credit, housing, law, or other regulated areas.

Safety responses and enforcement
Jingqishen may interrupt or limit a request when necessary to protect users, the service, or legal obligations. We may limit, suspend, or close access when reasonably necessary. Enforcement should be proportionate and does not erase your data rights.
Use the public contact page to report website, sign-in, payment, privacy, or abuse issues. Guests may use that lightweight route, but it does not open anonymous AI support. Send only the minimum information needed to investigate.

AI limitations and changes
AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for decisions made from it. We may update the service or these terms as the product and applicable requirements develop; material changes will be dated and presented before they apply.
