01
Data minimization
Each provider receives only the data needed for its role: the AI provider does not receive your payment information, and Waffo does not receive your conversations, mind–body starting-point content, or long-term-memory text. We do not sell personal data or use advertising cookies.
02
Data we save
- Account information such as your email address, name, profile image, sign-in method, and necessary session records.
- Saved conversations that you choose to keep in your account history.
- Mind–body starting-point answers and AI interpretations after you choose to use that feature.
- Long-term memory facts only after you review and confirm them.
- Free-support usage, subscription status, order identifiers, and necessary timestamps.
- Details you intentionally include when contacting support about a website, account, privacy, or billing problem.
03
Content processed temporarily
A temporary conversation is sent to the AI provider to generate a reply and is kept in the current browser tab while you use it. It is not added to saved conversation history or long-term memory.
Content sent to a service provider may be handled under that provider’s applicable terms and privacy practices. Jingqishen does not describe third-party processing as zero-retention unless that has been confirmed.
04
Data we do not save or collect
- Jingqishen does not receive or save your full card number or card security code (CVV).
- We do not ask you to upload a tongue photo; the optional mind–body feature accepts written descriptions only.
- We do not create long-term memory from an unconfirmed suggestion.
- We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal data.
05
Why we use data
- Sign you in, protect your account, and return you to the part of the product you chose.
- Provide AI support and the optional mind–body starting point.
- Use confirmed memory to make future saved conversations more relevant when you allow it.
- Apply free access and subscription status, process billing support, and prevent abuse.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve service reliability.
- Respond to account, privacy, payment, and legal requests.
06
Service providers and data boundaries
- The AI provider receives the text needed to generate the reply you request.
- Hosting and database providers process application data and limited operational records needed to run the service.
- Google receives and returns identity information when you choose Google sign-in; the email provider sends sign-in codes.
- Waffo processes the minimum account and transaction information needed for checkout and subscription management. Waffo does not receive conversation, mind–body, or long-term-memory text.
07
Retention, deletion, and export
You can review and delete saved conversations, correct or delete mind–body records, and review, edit, pause, or delete confirmed memories. Deleting a mind–body record does not automatically delete a separately confirmed memory, and deleting that memory does not delete its source record.
You can download a structured copy of available account data from Your data. Contact support for other access, correction, or account-deletion requests.
Limited billing, security, dispute, or legal records may remain when needed to process payments, prevent abuse, resolve a dispute, or meet legal obligations.
08
Security and contact
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Send only the information needed when contacting support, and never send passwords, one-time codes, API keys, or full card details.
